New Washington Post Ads Encourage Honest Climate Debate

A bold new Washington Post advertisement campaign by the Heartland Institute challenges our political leadership to undertake an open and honest debate on the causes and effects of climate change.  Three full-page ads will be run starting today, June 16, with the next on June 17 and 18.

We applaud the Heartland Institute for these efforts.  Below is a link introducing their ad campaign.  Images of each ad are also presented below.

The American people deserve to have their elected representatives conduct more fair and open debate on climate change.  Unbiased media coverage is another crucial element in the public debate.

AmericanEnergySecurity.com believes that extensive analysis and public disclosure of the costs and benefits of a broad range of policy options available to deal with climate change should be an integral part of the climate discussion.

Please support the Heartland Institute in their sincere efforts to spur open debate on a most important subject by forwarding this email to associates, family, friends, elected officials, and the media.  Thank you!
